That's right. Although I have repeatedly informed her that the TV signal is very weak, blurry image. We can not watch television.
She promised us that will call for repair service. But after two months, we still have the poor quality television viewing. However, we still have to pay.
I should do in this case?

Right. But I don't have any options :( I'm renting a room. So, I must depend on my landlord.

Well, also here in Italy (my country), about six months ago, we switched from the old analog television system to digital. We were not indifferent to the problems start. We could not see a lot of channels in the clear. We had to call several times a tecnician antenna installer. Only now, after many months, luckily managed to see ok. In your case, from what you described, I in your place I would be very angry, and urge would call more than at once who have the task of solving this problem in the best possible way.

I only have one option: complaint to my landlord. She promised that she'll call the technican. However, the problem has not solved. I didn't use television three months.

Maybe your landlord has other people living in her accommodation if so you could speak to them. If not I suggest you speak politely to say that you have paid two months rent and the TV has still not been fixed. Maybe she forgot to call the repair service. Getting in a service like that is not the same as knowing if you can afford something in a shop. Perhaps she worries how much it will cost.
My disabled son was ill in bed so I got in a TV man to put in a better aerial so I could have a TV in my son's bedroom. He did so and it cost around three hundred pounds. So getting in the TV man was very pricey. Therefore you could ask your landlord to get in five quotes for the work to get her the lowest price. Good luck.

Call the cable company and see how much the monthly bill is. Then inform the landlord that you are taking that amount out of your rent until it is fixed. That should make her get it fixed!

Since you still can receive unclear television signals at your place, you should buy a booster to filter and boost up the strength of your television in the hope you can improve the image you receive.
Before buying a booster, you should try to replace a new television wall outlet because a faulty television outlet can affect the clearance of the image you receive too.
At my ex-condominium, my wall mounted television outlet was faulty because of the lightning strikes. After replacing a new wall outlet, I did not have any problem to watch clear program with my television.
I do hope my advises can resolve your problems.

Tell your landlord that you are not living a normal life without TV or worse, with a blurry TV. Ask for your landlord's mercy and get the repairman's phone number from her and offer to call him and arrange to do the repair. Emphasize to your landlord that TV is important to you. (talk in a light-hearted way to get things done)

I think you can keep irritating the landlord by presenting your problem in front of him. Ask him to send a give repairer to repaire it. So that on such problems comes again.
