constant content deletes accounts without reasons

Hello, I just want to share my experience with Constant Content. I created an account with this service on the 25th of May. I did not submit any articles because I was very busy with my job. I also wanted to get used to the website format so I signed in several times only to read the guidelines, terms and conditions, and so on. I also sent them a ticket about 2 weeks ago asking them if i can access and complete the tasks that other writers refuse to write. I did not receive any answer. Today morning (on the 20th of August) I wanted to log into my account in order to submit my first article. SURPRISE! My account was permanently suspended. They did not send any email in order to inform me about their intention to suspend my account. I did not know that they have already suspended my account until this morning when I tried to log in. I honestly believe that this is not a proper way to behave. I also did not find any information about inactive accounts on their website. As far as i know, they delete accounts only after 120 days of inactivity. The fact that they deleted my account without even letting me know shows that the CC team despises writers. I am very disappointed especially because I really thought that these guys are professionals. It seems they aren't.
