I lost weight! yehey!

I've been trying to lose weight. It's really not easy. It takes a lot of discipline and determination. I couldn't completely ignore the delicious foods that I love. But I weighed in today and I found out that I lost 8 pounds. I am so ecstatic! I'm going to continue exercising and cutting back on my calorie intake.

Hello. well, it's really not easy. I had to stop eating pasta, my favorite dish and cut back on eating rice. It's okay if you eat foods but make sure that it's not too sweet and drink a lot of water before meals. Good luck! I'm sure you can do it.

Congratulations! Well, let me see if I was able to lose some weight since I've been very active in my dance practice these past few weeks. Hopefully.

Congratulations! I have I also get to lose weight too. It has become hard for me since I gave birth to my 4th son. Though I have shed my pregnancy weighf, still I would want to lose 10 lbs more.

One thing that really helped me lose weight was joining a dance class. It's tiring but really good. You sweat a lot after an hour's session.

Can you share your little secret? How did you do it? I'm very upset because I gain a lot of weight..:(.. I wanna get back in shape again..:)but it's not easy..:(

It's not a secret actually. Less rice should do it. I only eat rice in the mornings. And I also go hiking early in the morning for an hour and then go Zumba - it's a dance aerobics - once a week. The key is to stay away form a lot of processed foods. Drinking a lot of water should definitely help too.

It takes a lot of determination and discipline to be able to lose weight. Cutting down on calorie intake and exercise are the key to shed weight. However, you might also be aware of the fact that while losing weight you need to maintain a good balance of eating food and losing weight.
