Facebook is highly informative!!

Every coin has two sides my friend. Even a knife cannot be concluded a good or bad thing. It depends on our utilization of a thing that makes it useful or a mere time waste. I am glad that you have seen the good aspects of face book and you are using it to enhance your knowledge. The point in saying that face book is a distraction is that most of us do not see its good usage and see it only as a chatting site. Indeed face book is very informative. This is true. Even though for some facebook can be addicting and is very influential, still it has enabled easy communication to a lot of people all over the world. It can give us recent updates right away. Most of the time, if I haven't yet seen the news, it's the facebook who keeps me informed of relevant news. Sharing of important stuffs about health and business are readily available over the network.

what are the pages of facebook you found it useful? I use facebook for telling others about my blogs. For example after posting a blog I go to facebook and wreite therein. So people can go to the blog and read. apart from this exchange of news between friend openly is there in facebook.

yes, facebook is very informative, i use most the informative sites,the opinion of people varies in this regard, , most of the people who just use the site for chatting or promoting , think its waste. I never use face book for chatting.

I believe that facebook has both its good sides and its bad sides. Facebook can be good because it gives a lot of information to the user and it really helps us to connect with people. But it is bad because it can be highly addicting and it promotes vanity to most. Another down side of facebook is that it gives people little or no privacy. happy mylotting and welcome to mylot.

I use to think that Facebook is just a waste of time. That is why, I use Facebook only lately simply because of that thinking. But later on I realize that facebook indeed has many uses and it is very useful for many peoples. It is also very informative and for those having a business, it is a great tool for promotion. Now, I log in to Facebook everyday and check unit my account. However, it all depends on how you use the site. If you just use it simply for posting unimportant things, it's might be fun but not that useful.

You are right some events pages also there like I read the news here I not remember about the topic but I know facebook is informative and useful also. If we have some good idea of working in facebook then we can do everything here collect news, earn money, maintain friendship.

If you are benefiting from facebook then it is good for you then. But for me I have no gains from facebook to tell you the truth. I just communicate with my family and friends there. But to my husband it is good. He had made a group and he has 9000 members and now he had registered the group in society's act and built a trust. I am happy for him because he is the sole founder of the trust. So to some people it is good and some not. It depends from person to person. Yeah there are some informative pages on FB,but it was started only for the purpose of communicating with friends and family and not education.So most people use it for that purpose only and their is no harm in it.But it should not be used in excess or it will harm you only.

At first I really thought that this was wasting my time in spending in facebook that in every 24hours in a person could spend with it atleast 2hrs -1hr in their life to check their account and play with those applications but otherwise its good tool for communication and spreading information were many people can share their good products even their currently problem in the society.
