Bad Habit

I have this habit of sleeping too much. I think it's 12hours of sleep. As we all know normal hours of sleep is between 6-8 hours. I really don't like this habit. I've put it in my new years resolution that I have to wake up early.And I usually set my alarm clock but when it beeps I just get annoyed and turn it off then went to sleep again. How about you? did you find yourself turning off your alarm clock then went to sleep again?

Hi JB! Everything can be corrected if you start practicing it now. Our body learns to adopt on what we tend to practice often. Although it might be difficult at the start, in time, you would surely realized that you would wake up on the desired time even without the alarm clock. I am a morning person and even at what time I sleep at night, I would wake up early. Constant practice will do.

i agree with Aries1973, you must start to learn to wake up when you hear the alarm, not waking up just to turn the alarm off :D

It is really a bad habit to have a sleep of 12 hours. Maybe you could find help from your family. Good luck.

Yes too much sleeping is bad but some time feel lazy so sleep is best way. I also feel sleepy some time but not every day. Some time when feel tired turning off the alarm clock.

I also do this but not everyday some time when feeling tired. 12 hours sleeping is danger for life no work no air. Try to wake up when alarm clock starts beeping.
