Pain is an emotional distress that we are trying to avoid. However there are really times we feel and experience with it.
For me I've been into pain many times but i'm still happy to share that pains mold me for what I am right now. For me pains teach me a great lessons in life. I do believe as what my profeesor told me that we really learned a thing if we are being punish and experience pain than to be given phrases.
How about you? What are your pains that molds you to become a better person?

Hi
As the saying that goes no pain no gain. So there's no gain without pain.:)
I've been into pain many times too. It was a painful lesson to learn but it had good results. It makes me stronger and a fighter..:) I've learned that family, friends are really important in our life.
Have a great day..:)

When pain comes as a punishment, it is designed to give you a lesson so as to correct. Pain that comes as test and trials is to make someone stronger and genuine just as gold is ran through fire and tests for the purpose of proving if it is genuine. Our life is more valuable than gold so be happy when pain comes for they are God's ways of perfecting your faith.

Physical pain is something that I can endure. Emotional pain, that one Is just too hard to endure, but that one taught me the most to become strong and love myself more first before i start loving others.

Emotional pain can make us stronger. I have experience several failures and life which causes too much pain on my part but it was not been a reason for me to give up. I always believe in a saying, that "no pain no glory".

When you experience pain, the solution is not to do it again and again that gives you the pain. It is your way of avoiding the consequences not to do what has happened in your past. This pain sometimes opens you to a reality to move on and forget what has happened.

If it is talking about mental pain, I think the worst mental pain I ever had was to seperate with my family and moved to another country and it is still hurting very bad each time after visiting. About physical pain, the worst pain is definitely the labor, I have done twice and both time hurt like nobody's business, it is absolutely level 10 kind of pain. Pains make me feel sad and hurt, I won't like it but if I have to suffer it for life, I guess I wold...

HI Daisy: As you do, I try my best to watch pain as a source of learning. Instead of just complaining about how bad things are and how unfair is the world I try to think why this is happening and what can I do to be better and to avoid things like this and what can I learn from this situation.

I have experienced a lot of suffering.suffering is not always a kind of treasure of life, mainly to see each person how to think pain, what is suffering,is different from each person,a lot of people suffer a little injustice,he will feel want to die,to them ,life is always full of suffering.

Emotional pain makes you stronger. It would initially make you angry that you would question why you have it bad and others don't. But, you know, for everything that happens, there is a reason. And that reason would make us learn.

In life pain and trials do make a person better just imagine how the basketball players experience in practice and in the real game etc. when they win just a single game look at them how was their reaction and emotion in the game and out of the court. And those pain that are experiencing during the game when they win any championship their emotion and feeling boast them up.

Pain is really something anyone would not want to experience. But your professor is correct, with pain comes the ability to persevere, to move on, and to go through the struggles of life.
You made me think about the pains that mold me. And after some thorough thought, i could list the following life experience:
1. Spanks, slaps and physical pains experienced as a child - I regularly get a beating for wrong deeds from my parents when I was a child. Of course just like any other children, it made me whine and cry a lot. But now that I have grown up, I realized that those punishments were given to me so I would not commit mistakes that I might regret.
2. Pain from heartache - I think almost all of us had gone through this. Falling in love with a person whom you think is ideal and perfect. But once this person rejects you, you feel unexplainable pain. But a heartache is just one phase of our life, and after going through with this, we become better.
3. Pain from failures and mistakes - Failing is also a bad experience but a good tutor. With failures, you learn to look at yourself and think about what went wrong. With each failure, you become better because you strive to avoid your previous mistakes.

I find emotional pain to be one of the most painful things one can experience in life. Whether it is pain because of something that happened to yourself or a loved one, it hurts to deal with it. However, in the end it makes you stronger. Personally, I find emotional pain worth it in the end.

There are so many pains that makes our life colorful. The pain we never got accredited
from school, the pain of not given a chance to go with friends, the pain of busted love
and still in love but never given the chance, and so many pains we could encounter in this world. What pain have you shared from your life? You just mention the outcome of your being in pain due to all your experiences. What causes your pain?

daisy emotional p ain is well and good but physical pain is your body telling you something is wrong and its not a punishment for wrong doing but a real serious problem that I always take to'
my doctor.emotional distress is not what I call pain but stress and it can be from a number of causes but we do learn sometimes not to make the mistakes again that gave us emotional stress.Pain to me is physical always and is our bodies telling us something is wrong and if we heed it we get medical help and get healed.
