Although rice is our daily food. However, I don't like to eat the plain rice very much. I don't eat a lot of rice everyday. However, if you use the rice to make sushi, then I can eat a lot of it. I really like eating sushi. And sometimes I even try to make it at home.

Why not try rice cakes, it is like bread made from rice flour instead of wheat flour. However it is cooked by steaming rather than baking in the oven. It has a lot of variations , it can have cheese, purple yam or coconut juice in it.

There is another way to enjoy rice the way way Chinese prepare it which is rice congee, a thick porridge or rice soup. It is a classic Chinese breakfast meal that can be served with toppings such as crullers, pork, fish or beef.

Youless, i and my family are eating rice everyday, mostly during dinner time only. On the other meals, we prefer to eat fried noodles, fried rice noodles or even sometimes fried rice with some veggies. I think i can't stand a day without eating rice. It had been a necessary for my family to eat rice. Only sometimes, we will buy sushi for a change. Because i don't really know how to make sushi on my own.

I have never been much of a fan of rice. About the only way I like it is on sushi or in Danish rice pudding.

Plain rice is just that= plain. I like it with chicken. I use chicken tenders and sautee them with garlic, ginger, and some other things then mix it with mushrooms, onions, brocoli. Sauteeing all of that for awhile then layer it over rice. It is very good and tasty.

Just add some shrimp or chicken. All of them together are great!

I like to make dishes with more juice in it so I can stir the juice into the rice and eat them together, that makes the rice more appetiting.
I also like sushi a lot but I don't like the rice piece to be too big; I used to make sushi and sashimi at home also when my husband used to go out fishing.

Hi,
I also don't like rice very much. In India we can eat rice in the form of pulav, biryani, fired rice, masale bhat(Marathi dish), Dal rice, jeera rice and so on.

Most people would like to reduce rice intake while you are the opposite (haha!)
It's a good thing you don't eat that much of carbohydrates. However, if you really want to add more rice, you must try to experiment cooking rice mixed with other stuffs like egg, veggies, ground meat, chicken, make some sauce too if you want.
Stay healthy :)
