Does anybody here experienced any near death experiences? What did you do during those times? Did you noticed something has changed within you, i mean, how you think and feel about certain situations? Sorry for asking, I am just concerned for my grandmother since we had that experience with the flood that devastated our city last December 2011. I think she is traumatized by the incident and she is refusing to see a psychologist. She is always paranoid about a lot of things, which is totally different before the flood. Any help here on what we can do to remedy this?

Yes,I have experienced that a long time ago, when I was riding a passenger jeep I have
noticed that the driver was asking me to be calm, because I am the only passenger left
and that he moves very slowly just to make an emergency brake in the center of street
island.I though it would be disaster because he have stop the jeep very quickly due to the slow driving and I have thank him I am not having any accident in the incident
because he was a careful driver, but the jeep was not in the right place, that it was actually going upward in the street island.

If you are in the street everyday, accident is in between you and your car. That is why
extra careful is always alert in all movements because many reckless drivers are in the traffic. Many drivers are not following correct traffic rules that they tend to stop at pedestrian lanes, always, leaving only a little space for people to pass through the street. Some drivers do not even stop when a caution light is on that could endanger then to be bump by other vehicles. Many are hard headed and only listen
when they are attending a police seminar to strengthen their attitudes in the street.

If she is traumatized by that incident, I think that your grandmother has to seek professional advice. If that is the case, she has been suffering by that for almost a year now. She needs to be checked as soon as possible.

Oh, I hope she will get over it. It's almost almost a year already. Experiencing flood is really difficult. It will really make us feel paranoid. I don't want to experience it again. You just try to be more patient with her. She's already old. Assure her that she's safe. Happy myLotting.

I did once when I fell off a shaft down a mining rest about 40 feet down. It's good I landed on a slope of soft debris even with my lights turned off. When I came to my senses, I was being rushed to the company hospital. My only injury was a 3 stitched wound on my head and a dislocated shoulder. It took 6 months before I could work again

I kind of had one. A car almost hit me. If it wasn't for my mom and a friend of hers who drew us back, it would have hit all three of us... and the traffic light was green for US, just an idiot (probably a drunkard) was driving there like wooooosh! (faster than it is ruled for them in that area), when he got a red light...
