Hi Ily, I've been with that stage too, what I did I sleep and change my world in dreams and create a new me in that world. Waking up makes me refresh, smile and say the world is with you. Think positive and busy yourself during the day so that you will not encounter mr. Depression. If sickness depress you drink lots of water, have medications and rest remember that we all encounter sickness... the great are forget all the thins that makes you depressed. you can as I did. good luck.

I've been at the exact same spot you are now. Recently just becoming free of it actually.
The key is to get rid of everything that reminds you of your pain or is a big part of the "old you". I know it can be really scary, because you are scared to change. I get it, I've totally been there. Stay strong too, and its always okay to cry.
Once I started getting rid of old clothes, deleting some numbers from my phone, finding some new music to listen to, reading to ease off the pain, reorganizing my life. Just simple things that tend to make a difference. Finding better friends was one and getting a new job. I saw my depression, finally after 3 years, as a chance to re-create myself so I can be happy.
Try to excersize, eat healthy, and get sleep. It helps a lot with easing the stress. Also, theres a pill called "Relora." Your body releases a chemical when you stress out, which is also a natural fat storer. Relora hass helped ease off my stress levels. Also, wouldnt hurt to make sure you dont have a thyroid problem. IT can be a leading cause in depression.
Let go of your past and be free.
I've done, I'm sure you can too. And guess what? I'm only 15.

I have have experienced this sickness before. My doctor have diagnosed me of suffering
from nervous breakdown that I must fight to eliminate it from my senses.I can not sleep well that he gave me a dosage of Vitamin B complex to fight my stress and nervousness. You can fight that friend and be vigilant and I know you can come back with a happy face in this living world.

Hold on. You have to be strong in times like this. Life is full of trials, problems, etc. We can't avoid them so we have to overcome them. I don't know what you've been through so I can't write a lot. I hope you'll feel better soon. Don't think of negative things. Don't lose hope. Life is still beautiful despite of poverty, problems, trials, etc which we've been encountering. I hope you'll over with your depression. We all have ups and downs. Quit fighting.

I've suffered from depression for years and I'm also bipolar. I've had several bouts of not having a doctor/meds and it's really hard to deal with. I'm sorry you're having to go through this. Something you might try is St. John's Wort. It's an herbal supplement you can get at walmart, it's inexpensive and it really helps some people with stabilizing mood. It helped me get through when I was without medication. Just try to keep reminding yourself that it won't last forever, and try to stay busy if you can and exercise. You can make it through and you'll be stronger on the other side!
