There are some people who will only be there for you as long as you have something they need. When you no longer serve a purpose to them, they will leave. They don't stick aroun. (marc&angel hack life)

I Agree, As if they only wanted to get involved with your tidings and as soon as misfortune comes forth, they're gone.
Even if I'm not that kind of person who expect to everything I gave should make a considerable yield in return, I could see it through their deception.
As if It's not all about having friends, and enjoying each others company at all.
I wish them good luck and blessings.

I agree with you here pestengbata,
I think that happens to us many times and I dont think that is very nice. Just like when someone calls you in your family only when they need something. Thats not nice either, it makes you feel used and unappreciated. I am usually pretty good at figuring out if someone is merely using me for their own gain. Then I just dont do anything for them at all. I have heard however that some people come into your life for a season. Meaning that you were never meant to be friends with this person forever.

agree! I hate that feeling esp. If it's you who needs help, they leave you. It happens all the time. I hate it because I am so nice. I always give second, third, fourth, so forth chances.

That's true. Some people stick around because they have something to gain.
Probably that's how a very materialistic world works.
Despite of that, there are still people who will be with us through thick and thin because they go beyond the reasons for staying. That's called unconditional love (not just romantic love).
