Unable to access a Google product

This is the exact heading that I'm getting when I try to sign into YouTube, as of this discussion's. It also says that, "Your access to this Google product has been suspended". Has anyone experienced this before? How to resolve this? Does this means that I'll never be able to sign into YouTube? How will I be able to view flagged videos then? Ah... So many questions! P.S. - I'm able to sign into Gmail.
