Okay, we've had smart technology for quite a while now, but now I'm wondering. Has this been made, and if not.. Why?
The internet inevitably would have a much better ease of use for everyone, and it's bad enough that every time I go to a site I would on my desktop only to realize the video doesn't work elsewhere..any second thoughts on this?

I personally have an iPhone 4S and agree with you on these points. I don't know a whole lot about the situation but I do know that Adobe and Apple are not exactly friends.
I do have an app called Skyfire which allows you to watch Flash videos because the app sends the web page info to their servers and it converts them into an iPhone friendly format. The only drawback is that there's no scrubber at the top of the screen like there is for YouTube videos. Also, if you connection is bad (mine is a lot), it will only show 1 frame every few seconds, making things like sports unwatchable at some times.
Still, it does let you watch a lot more videos for only $2.99 I believe. Might be worth a try.
