2. Impact on the Greater society
3. Ethical Dillema
People are generally fearful and distrustful of change. Change that involve new and complex technologies are especially stressful, particularly to older and less educated workers. They are fearful of loosing their jobs, of loosing control to machines, and of be coming useless. system analysts, software engineers and system designers need to be aware of this fears and need to directly address these fears in an honest and forthright manner, both to enhance the probability that the new system will contain the accumulated knowledge of these workers and will be used and to knowledge their individual worth.

Computers have pro's and con's. Pro's are the vast information availability in almost all kinds of work departments and will help employer and employees in doing their jobs faster. Con's are too much reliability in computer that you forget what is basic.

I have herd some people say that computer had dis enhanced the job of many workers. But I don't thing so. May be the fact that ' computers have no emotions and IQ'. So a person is indeed need to control all these PC. Then how a job possibility is destroyed, there creates a new one.

actually the digital systems are developed to make the job easier, with a high accuracy. but it is not very comfortable to ALL uneducated who r not tend to change.
Mostly they are designed in an user friendly interface for the use of all, also the coming generation are very comfortable with that.

most of them can be used fine if we try and understand the basic things
