How do I make referrals in a popular website?

I am joined in a chat website that pays you to chat. It has already more than 500.000 registerred members all around the world and internet is full of search results of this website and links for making new referrals of other active users. How can I also get lots of new referrals and earn money?

In my experience in online earnings the best and easy way to get referrals is through youtube. All you have to do is create a tutorial step by step then make it a slide show video and post it on you tube.

Try stickers, past many of it in different places in you area and you will be surprise the amount of referes you get just from that

i have joined websites that require a lot of referals i think it is realy gud on facebook that is posting in groups will realy bring people.
