Im ready to scream

I got the internet stick for when I go petsitting or whatever and not at home. I put $50.00 on and I paid for at the grocery store (they expire in a month time).
I couldnt get the stick working, and I emailed Virgin, they just got back to me. I had emailed them Saturday, they told me to call the company.
Well I wont be able to until Saturday evening when Im done work, and would need it. I work basicaally straight through.

I think that it is terrible that they've taken so long to be in touch with you. I certainly hope that you are able to get the internet stick working so that you are able to spend some time online during the down time that you are going to be having.
In addition to that, I also hope that Virgin Mobile will be able to override the expration date on the time that you've purchased because I believe otherwise they might be losing a customer.

The irritating thing about that is, if you call and they can't help you or it takes forever for them TO help you. Hopefully you can get it straightened out soon though. Maybe you can call on your lunch break and explain you don't have anything with you as your at work but this is the only time you can call. Explain everything see what they can tell you.

I understand where you are coming from circumstances has me and my husband staying at a motel for now I need the internet for this and other thingsfor a while I had good signal then it goes and comes and I called them and they said its youre area that you live in is why you dont have good signal I told them I had it good for a while and all they told me to do was to take battery out and put it back in.
