I have so much problem with my grandson when each time to eat. He'll just look at the food and start to walk away and play. He always demand for meat and does not eat vegetables, though he drinks a lot of milk. What should I do? As much as possible I don't want to force him into things he does not like but this one is too much and is not good for his health.

My child is also a picky eater. But I do not force him to eat foods that he does not like. But somehow, I find ways to make the food more appealing and presentable for him and that is why, he does eat without being force. If look for recipes that are great tasting yet healthy for the body and serve them well. As you can see, presentation also matters... It does create a sense of encouragement for my child to eat. So maybe you can try out. You can always search for good recipes on the net.

hello nita, my child also is like that, she very picky eater, she only select what she wanted to eat like fish she love it, but other she did not eat.
I did not force her to eat if she dont want, because in due time she'll know and she will eat what she wanted as long she drink plenty of milk its ok.
