ring tatoos are the new wedding brands

The traditional symbol of commitment has changed as couples now opt to get their rings inked with tattoos.Since the fingers are used a lot an advice to retouch these tattoos after a while as the color starts fading.A famous type of this tattoo is to opt for their initials to be inked on the fourth finger or to go i for ambigrams where both the names can be read from different angles.Since this is permanent you don't have to worry about forgetting where you have kept your expensive ring.Money can also be saved reasonably as its cost is much more lower than that of gold or platinum wedding band. Really i appreciate this ideas of new generation. They are always in search of something new.

As cool as that idea sounds, I don't think I would do it for myself - only because I'm not into tattoos. I do like the idea too that there would be no rings to be lost or to be concerned about (like the expensive stone falling out). And I do like the idea that it wouldn't be about how big the stone was . . . ladies always seem to compare that. And for sure the tattoo is more permanent than a ring . . . so one better be sure they are in the marriage for good - hee hee!! I like the idea of it - but I just don't know that I would do it (my hubby would probably say the same thing!).

Hi, This is a good idea but suitable for those who like tattoos on their body. Thank you for the response.

This is such a unique idea. But if I get married, I would still like to have a wedding ring in my finger. Maybe I would go for the tattoo ring too but that will just for my backup So whenever I would take off the ring from my finger then I would still have an inked ring on me.

I also liked this idea but I don't think my hubby would be happy getting a tattoo but for others and especially the young ones they would probably opt for this one as what you have said its cheaper and won't get lost or misplaced. But who knows.. My hubby would change his mind and try to get one in the future.

Yes roshigo, thats a great idea for those who can/will go for the tatoos, but I am almost sure there are still people who will do the traditional ring ceremoney.. I am sure getting tatoos on the finger is a lot more painful than on the fore arm or leg... As I am responding, there is a report on the new about tatoos making people sick...wow, I walked out of the room and missed the report, but I will try to catch it again on a later newa, I just want to see what thats about....

Hi, There are many tattoo lovers who can tolerate the pain of making permanent tattoos on their body. It is just like adventure for them. Thank you for the response.

It is a unique idea but what I have heard from my girlfriends that have got divorced was that they no longer wanted their wedding ring as it reminded them of bad memories and sometimes a bad husband. Those that got married again would rather wear a ring given to them by their new husband. What happens in the case of tatoo rings? Does one have it removed and have a new ring tatooed in its place?

I do not know this but it seems really cool. This way, people can't get a divorce because a tattoo is permanent unless they want to undergo surgery. Nowadays, people have become more creative and more fun. It is nice that people are breaking from old traditions and are starting to make new ones. Happy mylotting.

With the divorce rate as high as it is? What do people do for the second marriage? Of course, when one marries, it's going to be the marriage that lasts forever... but in reality, too often it isn't.

Hmm.. I think it's possible, but I often wonder for those countries with divorce, hehe.. they would have to cover the names of their estranged spouse. hehe.. But yeah, it's feasible, apart from the point that it would be painful for those who are not fond of tattoos. Have a great mylot experience ahead!

Hi, This is good for those who are fond of tattoos. In the country like India the prportion of divorce is less than the western countries. SO it would be useful in India. For divorcees it would be troublesome. Thank you for the response.

I have not met anyone who have done this but I would understand why a person wold , if love is really the case an expensive ring would not matter . A permanent ink to your skin to symbolize your love is not such a bad idea and beside it saves money and your right about you not having to worry about misplacing it or having it stolen.

Wow that's novel and a great idea! I would agree, if only there wasn't divorce or any of that sort. Plus I don't know if I'm very tolerant to pain when it comes to the real tattoo though. I have had facial sessions before where my pimples, whiteheads, and blackheads would be pricked and the process itself is so painful. Still I don't know if it's worth the pain for a ring tattoo.

One of my favorite bands, Skillet, has a married couple with tatooed wedding bands on their fingers. I think they're the whole band. I saw a video where they were both getting their rings brushed up on cause they were starting to look a little fuzzy. It's an interesting idea, but not one that I think I would go with for myself because I don't like the idea of tattoos marking up my body. I think when the time comes I'll be going for the traditional ring.

Wow. I'm not sure what to say about that. At least with a ring you can take it off if something happens and the marriage doesn't work out. Tattoos are permanent and very expensive to remove.

I like henna, but I don't think people should necsesarily do anything permanent. These days you have to be careful also because of disease being passed. I don't really understand why people feel the need to get a tatoo.

wow! this is great. Haven't really heard about it before. These days gold and platinum are sky-high in pricing. In these expensive days this innovation is good. But according to me, whatever you are wearing, a diamond ring or gold or platinum or for this time its ring tatoos, they all are worth if one is keeping his/her promises of loving and taking care of the better half and live forever with them.

There are two problems. One , it is bad luck to get your partner's name tattooed on your body and two, what if you divorce? You will still have his/her name on your ring finger.

I believe pamela anderson and tommy lee started this fad. I dont like it I think it looks really tacky. But whatever it is their bodies they can do what they want its just not something I would want to do. I prefer a beautiful gold band like I had. Then if there is a divorce it can just be taken off.
