In one way or another, we know people who are deaf, mute or blind. But how about those people who are anosmic or are unable to perceive odors? How can they know if the food is sumptuous without them seeing it? How can they know if the flowers smell great? Do you think it's just the same for the blind, deaf or mute? If one sense fails, the others are a lot stronger? Do you know anyone who has this condition? Any thoughts on this?

Personally we often wonder about this with some of the people I work with, or who have worked where I do. These are people who do have homes to go too, and such as well. What I mean is they constantly smell. Either like BO, feces or just like they never wash their clothes or themselves. Personally if a sense of smell is so Bad that they cannot smell themselves even, it would be rough. You would think hard to have friends or a relationship for sure.
