How will you want pass the time on railway station if train timing is late?

Fanta, good to hear about your time passing activities, hope both of your daughters are enjoying a lot with you, i will use my mobile phone to pass my time, i will play games or surf internet from my mobile to spend the waiting time usefully

Usually, when i want to pass the time in any situation, where there's no choice but to do so, i would just listen to music. I would put on my earphone plugged to my cellphone and listen to my most favorite ones. Usually they are danceable ones so you would just see me tapping my shoes on the ground.

Hi Fanta ! If am on the platform and the train is late, I prefer talking to my family members or friends, as the case may be. I could neither read a book nor I could listen to music on a crowded platform. Once while returning from Bhubaneshwar to New Delhi, I had to spend 13 long hours on the platform (from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) when our train was cancelled/delayed due to general strike in the city. I was on official tour and my colleague was with me. It was a real torture waiting on the platform, when no train was moving here and there and we were not sure when would our journey start. I remember an insane woman sat on my bench besides me with a book in her hand and started talking to me. However, as soon as I was informed by vendors on the platform that she was an insane and mentally dearranged woman and she used to often roam on the platform and used to disturb the passenger, I was taken aback because I did not have any choice to leave the bench due to my luggage, which was lying there. Thanks God! She left on her own after half an hour and I took a sigh of relief. I can not forget that wait on the platform.

Fanta, usually i would listen to the songs in my cellphone. Sometimes, i would even spend some time playing the games in my cellphone. If i got bring along a magazine, then i would spend my time into reading that magazine. At least, i didn't spend my time waiting with boring feeling.

If this happens with me,then usually i will be listening to my favorite tracks.Sometimes,i get bored of even listening to music.In this case,i start browsing.

Well, to pass the time in the train or in a long journey, I usually listen to the radio or music. Also, I pull out my cellphone and play games with it. Actually, I usually beat my high scores during such long trips and everyday commuting waits!

I would always travel with books in hand and would also buy magazines for the journey.I would hesitate to read the magazine because it would get over and this is an undesirable feeling . I will pass time with the book in hand for some time;I would also look around, walk slowly to the railway platform stalls, browse a bit and then finally continue with my book.

I usually spend my time when waiting for something, by entertaining myself through portable gaming devices like ipad. I usually surf the net and look for interesting news about technology. I usually read also magazines and the local newspaper. Or sometimes I bring a book and finish a chapter or two while waiting for the train to arrive. You could also bring something that you and your daughters could enjoy.

Waiting for a train which is late makes me irritated as it is very difficult to time pass . I would like to lishten music on my phome or watch some videos downloaded in my phone or i would go for book reading. Or finally i would call one of my friend and start taking to him or her.
