At work, I use "the free dictionary" as my homepage. Whenever, I doubleclick the internet icon, it directs me to this dictionary. It's so helpful for me. I'm learning new words everyday. How about you fellow mylotters, feel free to talk about your homepage. Happy mylotting.

That is a very good way to learn English. I had some Arab friends and their English was very bad and they used to learn like this, word by word. everyday 5 words to learn and within no time they could speak english very well. I was surprised. Good on you and all the best. I also refer to online dictionary when I don't know the meaning of any word. it works well for me too. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

That's nice, at least it's a sure thing that you will learn a new thing everyday even if it's just a new word, which is really something. My work laptop usually opens to oanda.com, a forex website for currency conversion and other stuff that has something to do with foreign currencies. Part of my job and well, in oour line of work we always require to pay foreign clients in foreign currency. So I always have to watch out when is the good time to buy foreign bills nad notes.
