A City
Without
Old Building
Is Like
A Person
Without
Memory
Yes..is very true for the quote above, the old building may look little bit ugly in the modem city but if you torn down the old building is same like you are varnishing the person memory. A modem city also need old memory just like a person to let the people living on that city more appreciated the city base on the memory of the city and every person also need to learn back the area or building their stay when they are in childhood, so they will more understand where they come from.
Are you too agree with the quote above and do you also agree we must maintain old building in the modem city so we can see back our own memory?

What a wonderful quote. There are buildings that look old that need to be refurbished but usually they are replaced with a gasoline station or mall instead. Not one old building should be replaced without a good reason.

Old buildings look cool on a modern city as it is distinctive in look. Actually I love the classic design rather than the modern. But its also nice to mix match the two. An old building really stands out in a modern city and it becomes one of the favorite spots of tourists.

I guess what the quote was trying to impart to it's reader is that even if a person changes the way he/she dress, he/she is still the same person underneath that new dress. Change is inevitable but the roots where we come from will never be changed. It is like saying that wherever you go, you always have with you something where you came from. So in a fast-paced environment, even if all the technology is there, the same old people still lives in it.
