yes,i am living in japan.my native place is india.i am married and came to japan.japanese eat toffu as a regular food.they also drink soya milk regularly.here,there are lot of verieties of toffus and different flavoured soya milk.toffu is made of soyamilk.my brother says that it has more estrogen energy which is more essential to ladies.he adviced me to have it.so,nowadays i added toffu and soya milk in my regular food.u too have it.......
