Both are good for the body but with certain amount. But of course, fish are better because they contain less fats and oil. It depends on your diet. Fish caries more nutrients and less fat.

Generally speaking, fish is healthier because it contains fewer of the bad fats, such as cholesterol, and more of the good fats, especially in fatty fish like salmon, tuna, etc. It is important to minimize mercury consumption, so farm-raised fish are safer than ocean-caught fish.

Hi,adexlo. As for me,fish is better than meat. There was a week during which time I had fish as my supper for a whole week! In addition, beef is not a bad choice for men.

Fish has less fat but meat could have less fat also if lean. But in most cases, I prefer to eat fish. I always like white meat because they are easy to digest. But I also make sure that the fish I eat contain omega 3 fatty acid which not all fish do have. So if fish my preference is salmon or milkfish. Now for meat I eat just chicken but I make sure I eat just the white part.
Now in your case if you want to benefit more then eat both fish (those with omega 3 fatty acid only) and meat but make sure you remove the fats okay!

Well you missunderstand the whole conception of fats here which are-monosaturated(bad fat) and polysaturated(good fat). There are meats like poultry which consist in prolly every single diet under the sun because of the high protein and fat/carbs free contain, but also beef and pork which does contain fat are necasary for your body.About fish so far tuna is the most popular choice for fat/carbs free food but since it has high contain of mercury its not advisable to eat more than once can per week.In the other hand salmon which contain a lot amounts of fat is probably the best choice and by best i mean the healthiest why, well first it has pretty much the same protein contain as the tuna but whats most important are those plusaturated fats(omega3 and omega6) which not only can help loosing body fat(strange huh?) but also protect your heart and got many benefits also which if i start talking about the post will be too big.The rule about fats in meats and fish is the same but if you have to choose your dially intake of fats i sugest salmon, flax seeds, olive oil, peanut butter. So the answer to your question is both fish and meats are great source of proteins healthy fats, but also both got species that must be avoided.Hope that can help!

Both fish and meat are good for the body, both have high protein and meat fibre that is essential for our system most especially giving out warm stimulation for our body.
However, comparing fish over meat, I would say fish has less saturated fat compared to meat which has more lard.
But you can weigh such oily meat with the help of food additives such as cooking with vegetables and eating fruits after meals which has good detoxification in the body.
