Back online after 15 days without Internet.

I guess it's safe to day I don't suffer from an Internet addiction, because I was able to handle 2+ weeks without cable (meaning, no TV or Internet) after an 1100 mile move!
Good news though, today, after several false starts, we finally have internet back in our home! The first scheduled date we had to postpone because of car issues delaying our arrival to our new home, and then we had to reschedule again when the technicians went to the wrong place and didn't even call us! They left a note on the door and a note in the work order saying nobody was home. PFFT. So, a week later they finally fixed their mistakes and we are once again connected to the outside world.
YAY!

Its hard to live without the internet, as internet allows you do lots of things from communication, entertainment, and read current events. It's so disappointing that some internet service providers doesn't care very well to their customers. I have experienced this here in the Philippines, we've called them because we cant connect to the internet but they've arrive 2 weeks after our call. So it means weeks without internet. But then they still charged us for those times that we cant connect to the internet. Too bad.

that's just fine and life's like that. we share the same sentiments of not having connections in those indicated days. that would be the saddest days of my life and my earnings will be stagnant too. im working online like mylot posting and other stuffs and i can't live a day without visiting the sites. so now that your online life is back, make the best and the most out of it.
