Today people are more suffering with many health problems.One of the main reasion is for health problems is food.We really ignoring the nutritional values in food.We first giving the preference to taste only.Eating more sweets and full of oily food are more danger.Most of the doctors advising that avoid that kind of food.Health is wealth so first give the preference to good health and mostly we are in busy life time,But everyone shoud make time to give preference to healthy habbits

The kinds of foods we eat are a MAJOR contributor to how healthy we are, but a lot of people, even though we are in 2012, do NOT pay attention to this fact. I know a lot of adults that don't eat any fruits or vegetables on a daily basis, and that is just CRAZY. I know because I used to be one of those people myself. I was hooked on junk food, and all kinds of "yummy" foods that are totally bad for the body. Now a days, I love to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, but it is a habit that I had to ACQUIRE over time.

I agree. However, given the fast paced and modern world we live in, people can't help but give in to the easily cooked and instant meals which seem to be abundant. I think one of the most important changes to implement is the change in habit. It has become our habit to choose these unhealthy foods, so it will take some time and constant effort to get to the habit of choosing the right foods.

I am fully agree with you. Changing food habit is necessary. Fast paced life styles have changed our eating habits. Today we are eating lot of processed foods which are not balanced diet. And this imbalanced diet is not giving proper nutrition in our cells. This can have varied health manifestations & one of these health manifestations is the rise of cardio-vascular disorders. Among many important components of food, Fiber is most important one. And fiber is essential to maintain good health and prevent many diseases. Vitamins, minerals etc which are important for our good health are absence in our foods. So changing of food habits is necessary to keep fit.

I agree , I think trying to eat a balance meal is best instead of trying to eliminate sweets and fatty food from our diet . Its hard for people to spend time cooking but talking vitamins and trying to eat a healthy meal at least 3 times a week can help.

Yes I also think that there are many who suffer from sickness because of the food that we eat. There are so many preservatives and artificial additives that are invented and mixed to our food just to improve its taste. And also our eating habits which makes more people more obese. Many kids already suffers from obesity because they overeat.

people , in this generation are not into healthy eating habits, the list only about fried goods and and sweets and all kinds of junk food, no doubt why people now are suffering from so many health issues, the born child is also detected with sugar and other problems, we really have to change these habits as soon as possible, otherwise our future generation will suffer a lot.

Nowadays, where burgers , french fries and foods that are laden with food are what is convenient to eat by people on the go, we should take special attention on our health specially if we are already in our primes.
That's because at this age, because we have been eating them for the past many years, they would be now affecting our aging body, thus cholesterol might go up or our BP might goes up also.
In this regard, it is necessary that we also consult our doctors for medicines that can help us in avoiding the said occurrences, in case we have eaten fat laden foods. Better yet, avoid them already.

you are right!mordern people believe that time is money.so they try save every minute they can.so cooking become a luxury thing and fast food beccome popular among us.but i do think fast food is not healthy .we should have our diet more balance.eating more vegetables and fruits.do you agree with me?
