I want to find out the best workout routines which can be done at home to maintain a fit and healthy body without going to a gym. Is it possible to only workout 2- 3 days a week and still maintain a fit and healthy overall physique?

Hi friend, yes you can be fit without going gym. Do exercise properly and strict about your diet. Avoid oily items and take healthy food. Keep up walking and jogging activities, you will maintain a good physique
