Hi mylotters, I have one of those USB dongles...I was curious if there are any wireless routers that will work with it, so that I can connect to internet through my mobile and smart TV.

I think that the 'dongle' you are referring to is the 3G kind which is intended to access 3G data networks supplied by mobile phone companies. In other words, it is a small transmitter/receiver, containing a SIM card, which is designed to work only on the frequencies/bands used by mobile phone networks. These are quite different (and use a different protocol) to those used by wireless routers and so cannot communicate with them at all. Devices which do communicate using 3G (such as a PC or laptop equipped with such a 'dongle' or smart phones which have 3G capability) may ALSO be able to share their Internet connection over a local area network (either wired of wireless) with other devices. It is possible, therefore, to use a wireless network connected to a 3G device as an Internet connection instead of connecting a cable/DSL modem to the router. You should be aware that 3G is very slow (has a small bandwidth) compared to DSL/cable and that it is probably too slow to be usable with the high bandwidth streaming video normally required by a smart TV.
