Is there any book which is specified for the teachers to enhance their teaching?

if i remember is correct,there is a book named "the window of a small pear" it was written by a Japanese famale writer in the 1987.the content of the book is about a naughty girl name small peas and a special primaty school. some children that look or behave naughty dont mean that they are bad,it is the teacher,who direct them and help them really matter. i think you should read that book someday

Maybe there are books, self-help books. I don't think there is some standard book on how to teach well. But teachers have seminars to help them improve their teaching and introduce them some new ways--non-conventional ways of teaching. Well, a teacher can do anything as long as his/her intention is to make his/her students learn the lesson by heart. And a teacher must really teach with all of his/her heart so not only the subject he/she can impart to the students, but also lessons about life, etc.

hi, when i was in college taking up my course as a teacher i have seen some books that will enhance more their teaching process to make it more sufficient and effective for the learner of the students,i have read some of them but i forgot the name or the title of that book.
