I was so tired even I didn't do any hard or physical work

I fell asleep on the sofa. I just put down the tablet on the tablet just to rest my eyes and fell asleep. So I was able to had a nice sleep although I wasn't planning on sleeping. So I hope that I would be able to do more things online now. I am done with my little work at home. So I would try to continue with my blog.

that's good!why to waste time if you are not going to sleep than it's good to have some blogs done.i was also not feeling sleepy so i thought of mylloting here and having some tea too.now i am planning to stop mylloting and just go to facebook as many of my friends are waiting me there.:)

i think that it is good to have 8 hours of sleep in a day if it would be less than you can't feel refresh and you can't do your work with perfection as you can see if you have solved a big mathematics question than your mind need some rest and it is the case with your body also if you have done a lot of work like streching type than your also need rest which it get via sleeping.

Our body needs rests when I we are tired. Most of the times I will be busy with my doings. So I cannot take a good rest. I just used to refresh my body by having drinks or something else. This helped to regain my energy back and helped me to stay away from the sleep. I am not able to sleep on my office hours becuase my boss is too strict.

I do not do any hard loaded works from my office but still I feel very tired and I would love to take rest for some time. Most of the time I have a heavy load of works from my office. So how can I take rest. I just take my body under my control to do the things well and I used to take a long rest after I reach my sweet home.

Yeah sometimes sitting in front of tv can make us feel sleepy the so it's better to be busy with something else.

Aren't naps a God sent gift?Sometimes I too fall asleep not knowing,without feeling tired."Quarter to 4.I will stay until 4.Yes,this is good.Hm,have 15 minutes pass?Oh my God!It's 6?But..where?How?"
The best thing I find is that naps don't affect my night sleep at all.It couldn't get any better.

Yes as long as our short naps would not disturb our normal sleeping pattern it would just be fine indeed.

yes but sometimes when i was having short naps then after waking i up i can't feel very much refreshed that i can start doing my daily works or start my studies.on that situation i feel frustated that why i woke up so early and i wanted to sleep again i can't sleep.
