Now a days every thing is online from buying to selling and earning. And all these possible with online transaction services like paypal, google checkout, amazon gift cards and so and so. Along with that you can also pay using debit and credit cards if the site support.
These e-commerce sites have made life of many simple and life for many livings. Many survive on these sites and do commerce on these sites. And for all that requires transaction.
But how much safe you consider all these transaction to be safe. Do you think that the amount that they spend on securing the sites are being good enough. They say they spend billons each year for security alone still some problems pop up and some hacker cracks their site to pick up the money from someone account or use their cc to do their online transaction or just for fun hack it and sell it to others for which they are not the owner.
What I think how ever whatever amount they are going to spend on it, they can only limit it and cannot stop it to any level. If one codes an encrypt another decrypts it and thats go on and on.
Then how will you rate it. You will consider that spending lot online is a good thing or you go for normal purching from market. If you consider latter still the former is booming and growing. and thats all because the ease, the ease with which they can find things online. And they think that they are alone and doing things in private, but they don't realize that they keep all at sake for just a piece of small product or fun.

I just got 550 bucks lost in my last online transaction. I just hate people who cheated me and hence I made a police report. I really hope the policy can do something about it and help chase my money back.

Have heard of Liberty Reserve. I always receive spam mails that I have won some money and I need to log onto the account. I never do such things, that I now I will something as I lost one of my paypal account a long time ago. ha ha, that person must be duck as I had nothing in that account as I opened that to see what paypal is really is. Now I know what all these stuff is and how to investigate all these trouble before going into trouble.

Hey,this happened with me too.I too used to receive mails stating that i have won in some contest, and just need to login to receive the payment to liberty reserve account. The login page exactly resembled the original liberty reserve login page. But,when i looked at the address bar,it wasn't a secure connection and so,i terminated it.

I have done a lot of online transactions and they are all safe. I am very fond of online shopping as I can always buy something nice and cheap and they arrive at me within a couple of days or about five days depending on the location of the seller from mine. Take care, bloodmask.

I have never had any problems with online transactions, but you should also make sure that you're buying from a reputable site too.

Well,i doubt that online transactions are 100% safe. But,so far, efforts are being made to make them safe and secure. If you are not sure about it,then the best thing that you could probably do is to check the availability of cash-on-delivery.

I don't think that buying something online is safe. I have never bought anything online so far and i don't think I will ever buy. I just give my details to sites where I am earning but not to sites for buying. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.
