I know berries and red wine are great for antioxidants (which neutrals 'free radicals' - which damage cells and cause all sorts of problems including ageing, cholestrol and cancer), but they are both expensive. What's some other good options?

Guyabano is also good, it has cancer fighting properties. Try to boil it's leaves then drink the boiled water from it. I have an Aunt who had cancer for 12 years. She said she drank the water from the boiled leaves of Guyabano as frequently as she drinks water then her cancer was gone! Anything that is rich in vitamin C is an antioxidant.Broccoli is also good. There are lot's of antioxidants around us. Another thing to do is avoid the carcinogenic agents like pork bbq, especially the fat burned with charcoal debris on it. Avoid smoking, too much liqour drinking and too much stress. These things make our bodies immunity low, which predisposes us to any forms of disease. Have a stress-free life!
