I've tried a lot of things, with this wonderful recipe my friend gave to me. It makes wonderful brownies the only thing is that they usually come out a bit dry for my taste. I've tried adding in vegetable oil, like another friend suggested but it didn't do the trick. I know you can use apple sauce to make a cake more moist, but can you do that with brownies? Anyone have any tricks or recipes for moist brownies?

The next time you put them in the oven, check them 10 minutes before the recipe says. So if they say bake for 30 minutes , check them at 25 minutes. Use a toothpick and poke the brownies, if it comes out clean, take them out. I think your oven gets too hot. I bake my cakes about 25 degrees lower than what they say and about 10 minutes short and they come out moist. But you need to test them.

Here in the Philippines,we do not have an apple sauce, but we have some Nestle Cream.
This ingredient could do you the trick and it makes your brownies moist and delicious
and most of all the children would love it.
