Who has the best signing for BPL?

I am a supporter of Everton, and I am happy with their summer signing of Steven Pienaar, Steven Naismith, Kevin Mirallas and M'Baye Niang.
However I think the summer signing would be Eden Hazard, he seem to be worth the 34 million pounds that Chelsea paid for you so far.
The other player is Michu of Swansea that impressed me.

So far from whatever I have seen, I must say that Eden Hazard is the best signing of the summer so far. He has really lit up the EPL with his performances and has added flair to the Chelsea team which was missing so far though they were winning titles. The other new signing who has caught my eye is Kagawa yesterday. He seemed to be the real deal at this level and it was good to see an Asian player come through so confidently.
