I do not have a perfect grammar. But that does not stop me from voicing my thoughts. If somebody tells me that I said something grammatically incorrect, I thank the person for pointing it out. It could be embarrassing in certain circumstances but I'd really rather be corrected. This way I get to improve my grammar. However, I refrain making pointless discussions. Nobody really wants to listen to that.

Everyone has a right to be heard and grammar is not an excuse for depriving someone of this right. You could not always expect fluency from a person if he is speaking in a language he is not used to. However there are times that we have to consider our audience and the way they would react. So, I think evaluate first who and what type of person will you be talking to.

In a wrong grammar, I would understand but in a pointless way, I may not. It is understandable that some people cannot communicate in perfect English specially if this is not their first language so committing a grammatical mistakes once in a while is understandable. But if your thoughts are pointless, I don't see any good why you still have to voice it out except for the fact that it is still your right to express yourself.

Depends who you are talking to. if the person you are talking to, knows you make grammatical mistakes, he/she will understand you. so you can talk to them, no matter what you say. but if you are talking to a person makes fun of you because of your grammatical mistakes, then better stay silent then to get embarrassed.
