How Would You Know If Someone Reported You for Abuse?

Hi, All: I want to know how would you know if someone reported you for unfair abuse on a post? I am just wondering if there is a notification for this and want to make sure that I don't make sure I watch what I write and how I respond. I know that some posters are sensitive, and I just want to make sure that I don't offend anyone.
