For the last two days we was having a strong rainy day. The level of the ground water had increased a lot, the level of water in the well had increased by two levels. The pools and the streams are overflowed. The road seems like a pool. It is covered with full of water. The only hing can see see on the road is full of water here and there.
Most of the times we people have strong thunder and lightning with such a strong rain but this was something really different. This really saved the amount of destruction.

Now also it is raining but not heavily. It seems like we people are standing in front of a shower, tiny droplets . Anyhow I have to stay inside my house most of the time due to this rain

It so hot down here in the Caribbean that whenever it rain that is the best time at least for me . I love the rain but as you said too much will be destructive , too much of anything is never good .

Here in my area also it has been raining cats and dogs every night.Days are sunny or cloudy, but nights....oh God.Nights for us mean heavy downpour, deafening thunder and shortage of power. But no chill. No cold at all.We keep yearning for cold, but no.Our area is badly affected by global warming. Now we are eagerly waiting for winter.Spending one month more is really difficult.

I hate rain , I hate wet road.Because of it I get the paronychia. My big toe hurts and I'm so worried the doctor will pull out my toenail. And the pain make me hobble off. It's really bad!So I suggest that when you come back home from outside in rainy day,you must wash your feet to avoid infection.
