There is no need to search for happiness or to create it. There is no need to undergo all kinds of external experiences in order to enjoy it. It is always here, deep within your soul.

That is so true, happiness must come from within your hearts. if you are unhappy, you cannot expect to see happiness come your way because we would most likely not see the good things in front of us as our judgements would be clouded by our experiences that made us unhappy.
