We are now in a world of technology and innovation. At present, one innovation that we have for mobile phone is the touch screen phone. Gone are the days that we have a very big phone with matching antenna. now it is becoming much easier for us having a touch screen phone, no need to use a keypad, a simple touch will just do. I am also using a touch screen phone now and it is really nice using it. I am starting loving my touch screen phone
What phone do you use now. Do you use a touch screen phone or a QWERTY phone? How do you like your phone now.
Happy mylotting.

In the past I liked to have a QWERTY cellphone because I thought I could type faster with it. But somewhat later I bought a touch screen cellphone and I loved it. It is convenient when I surf the net with it. You are right. The touch screen cellphone is a big innovation.
I love China

I love my samsung SII !
the touch screen phone used to be a difficult phone to type on ...
But since I have autotext and swipe app ( it means you don't have to type - but just swipe the alphabet in order - let the autotext works the rest ) I do find a big help in typing
And I never worry about my screen being stratched - it has gorrilaz glass :D

Wow. You've got a very nice cellphone. I hope I could also have one with the same features as yours.
Enjoy your day.

I also own a touch screen phone. Yes this kind of phone is really easy to use that the ones with keypad where you have to put pressure on your hands to dial numbers and type messages. But while this kind of phone has its pros it also has its cons. You must already know what the negative points are since you are also using a touch screen phone. Especially when calling, if you put this on your ear like we usually do when we are talking to someone on the phone, sometimes your ears will accidentally touch the part of the screen where the end call button is located. This pisses me off sometimes. hahahah

I just used a phone which belongs to java platform. I feel that I am much polite with my Nokia phone which I had bought two years before. I have a very strong touch with my phone and I will use it until it lasts.
Touch screen phones are the new latest models but I feel that I could adjust with me becuase I am a one who just use mobile phone quite every time in a rough mode and If i use a touch screen phone in such a way it may not last for a long time.

I have just got a new phone, which is a Samsung S3. It is the first phone I've had that is only a touch, my last one, which I loved, was a Nokia E7 which also had a slide QWERTY keypad. I do like phones with buttons so considered getting a Blackberry, but in the end went with the Samsung as I haven't had one before so wanted to see what they are like.

I am planning to buy a touch screen phone. It is a touch screen phone with QWERTY in its screen. I haven't tried any touch phone yet so this will be my first time.

Hi, ginspearl! The invention of touch screen has really been a great ease in using mobile phones. I am currently using a Samsung galaxy II. Have been using it for sometime now. Although my texting has somewhat slowed down coz of the QWERTY! hahaha! But, just the same, I love using it.

I have an android touch screen phone and a qwerty phone, I think touch screen phone is nice, I like the application in my android phone but what I hate the most is that i have sweaty hands so sometime its annoy me, its make me not comfortable when using my touchscreen phone and its make the screen looks dirty. I like both my phone, only if I can get rid my sweaty hands.

Yes touch screen phones are rocking the world nowadays. I could say that the touch screens are much more suitable than a qwerty for me. Because in the case of a qwerty we will not be able to have a good control on the keyboard since it is small in size. But most of the touch screens are capable of rotating the screen and type in a large screen.

I do not have a touch screen phone. I got into a college a month ago and what I have noticed is that nearly 90% of my college people have touch screen phone. I am not a very gadget following person but touch screen is something I liked even after knowing how sensitive it is. I often use phones of my friends and appreciate technology in building up these phones.

I have a touch screen phone, Samsung Wave S8500, and I have it for 3 years already. It's been a big use for me, from watching my favorite movies to animes and serves as my alarm clock to wake me in the morning. When I get bored, I listen to my music play list or jus simply play games on it =)

I personally don't like touch screen phones... I used to have blackberry 9700 because of my work but since the change of the position at work, I didn't need it anymore... I wanted to get a simple slide phone but the place I went to was out of them... So I got Samsung flight... It's partial touch screen with slide out qwerty keys... That was about a year & a half ago... When the time comes for me upgrade the phone, I'm going to get a basic flip phone...

I had actually never had a touch screen phone until I decided to go and buy myself a new phone back in February. There are some things that I really like about having a touch screen phone, but I also have to admit that there are other things that I miss about the QWERTY keyboard phone that I used to have. The main issue that I have with the phone that I have now is that I've only had it for six months and there are already a lot of pixels on the screen that are burning out.

Well, despite past several years that are marketed touch-screen phones, I must say that I have bought just last December 2011. Before I always had low-end phones, no smartfone.
I realize that technology has made ??significant strides in this area. I remember a decade of years ago, when the first mobile phones had pull-out antenna and the most we could do besides the usual phone call, was sending a text message.
Today practically these devices such as computers are to all effects.
To finish you off the speech, however, you know that, when I write text with the phone, I prefer to use the keyboard 3X4, rather than QWERTY.

i use two phone, both are touch screen , one is 3G and the other android. i like is much better to use touch screen then to use the old cell phone. now i find the my old cellphones kinda useless... because these new cellphone got much more features than just to make calls and sms.
now no need to carry my laptop every time i go out. i can just use my android cell phone to do all that stuff.

I currently use a Nokia 2700 Classic. It is not a QWERTY phone,it's not a touchscreen, the only "ups" for this type of phone is that the screen has color,it has a camera which allows you to take pictures and film,an extremely easy menu and a crystal clear connection, allowing you to talk with a great signal even in problematic areas.
Personally,I do not like touch screen phones that much.In these circumstances,I would not buy a "touch-screen" phone, simply because I do not have money for this.If I received it as a gift,I would take it.:))
I like my current phone, and I don't think I will change it that soon.

Generally, I did not liking touch screen phones at the start. I started using touch screen phones back in 2008. I just did not enjoy seeing my finger print smudges. I tried using various types of phones like slider phones, QWERTY phones, and flip phones. By 2010, it was too obvious that so many touch screen phones were available in the market; within that same year, I decided to try a touch screen smart phone. Since then, I have grown accustomed to using touch screen phones. Currently, I use a Samsung Galaxy S cell phone. And to be honest, it's not too bad. For me, I just needed time to adjust to the cell phone norm.
