Uncomfortable With The Place

It is true that the reason why I always want to go home is because I want to spend time with my family.
But there are times that even it I should not have to go home because we are not allowed, I am being forced to go home because of some things that I can not take which is happening in our place of assignment. In our boarding house particularly. What will I do if it's not my schedule to go home but my boardmates' partners will be staying in our boarding house which is supposed to be for the group?
I am so confused but I can not share this issue to my supervisor or to anybody except here in myLot. I am not against any relationship that they may have but bringing their partners and letting them stay in the boarding house is another issue. considering that the boarding house is not that big. I already told one of them about this things but they don't seem to listen. That's why I believe that this training is useless. I am planning to tell the management about this thing. What's your idea my friends? The training rule is silent about this matter. But this is against the general rule on being a public servant. Integrity, morals and honesty.

Hi Aries,
It is better to quit the present job and search for better job. My suggestion is first search for better job and then quit this job, or you can increase more skills to get a better job.What is your qualification? or do some business at home itself so that you need not travel long distances and should not stay like that in boarding houses.Have a nice day.

Thanks for the response,so if you satisfied with the present job that is ok.There is no other thing other than satisfaction,so do not leave your present job and try to increase your skill to get more salary. What ever the happenings either to you or to me or to any body all according to our fate and luck only,so we should not blame any body. Have a nice day.

I can not do not that yugasini. My present job is one of the best jobs in our country so far. It is just the situation that I am right now that I am sick of. We are only in the training so I have to deal with this group. After this everything will be back to normal. I had already decided that I will not be as kind as I used to be. I will earn how to fight and to say what is supposed to say. I will not let anybody to make my life miserable.

If the boarding house is for the group, they shouldn't let their boyfriends stay there. They can visit for an hour but they shouldn't stay there for too long. That will really cause inconvenience. You should tell them again. If they won't listen to you then tell the management. You should have your privacy.

One word is enough for a wise man. Besides they should know how to behave properly and to give respect to other people around. Well, as of now I am setting aside my plan of letting the management know about this. I would just let this thing as it is until the end of the training.

To be honest, there are a few aspects of your discussions that I'm quite confused about but, I think, what you're saying is that you're uncomfortable when some of your colleagues start bringing some of their partners over at the place you're staying. Here's what I think. I know it can be very difficult to stay at a place where you have to share the room or the apartment with some people, let alone with their partners during the weekends especially if you wanted to have a peaceful place to stay and rest, 'cause that's what you're supposed to do during your free time, but, I guess, there are just some people who tend to be inconsiderate about it. I've had my shares of these kinds of experiences and all I can say is I always do the silent treatment. It always works for me. That way, they know that I am not happy with what they do or what they've done. I know it's hard to just keep this all up to yourself but, you have to remember that there are more important things you can be concerned about and these little annoyances or discomfort shouldn't be considered as one of your concerns. I'm not sure if I was able to help, but I sure hope that you're going to be fine sooner.

Yes, that's right penrock! I have that title because I consider our place as part of this, the people and the structure itself. It's true I always been silent for these few weeks because I don't want to argue with anybody but I don't think this will help me. I just don't know if what I am doing is right. Thank you for the response.

Hi friend, sad to hear about this, as you mentioned you are not comfortable with the place and thought that it is not apt for training, just express your view to your higher officers, they will take steps about it, as you mentioned you don't share this to anyone there, you must do it and share your issues with your colleagues and officers to solve this issue

You are in a dilemma whether to stop this issue to keep on or not.I have some similar experence like you are now.If you do not really tolerate their behaviors,please sincerely conmmunicate with your colleagues. I think it is wise for you keeping a good relationship with you mates,if not,it is very awful for you and others.It is very important for respect each other.
