Much Worse
that is actually is
The quote above describe how bad it is if you are over thinking. So everybody need to think but don't over thinking cause it not only going bad for you but it will make the situation more worse and it will effect other person also.
Are you too agree that over thinking will create all the bad and ruins you and the situation will become more worse too,just like what is describe in the quote above?

Over thinking certainly does make people more worried and just builds unwanted stress. It can create terrible images in the human mind. Saying so sometimes over thinking might motivate someone to try to change the image they had imagined. It just depends on how to handle it.
