where were you when the man walked on moon or have you ever met him in life...my hubby heard his lecture in New Delhi once. For me its just enough that I belong to an era when he was alive too and I had the honour of him sharing this planet with me too

Yes, he was quite an interesting man, and one I am sure many who ever got the chance to meet or know him it was a privaledge for sure. There are many legends he has brang here for everyone to remember, and some things we will never forget. Even with him passed on now the memories still linger on.

Salute this legend ! he was like a representative for our humankind to walk on the moon. Actually when he set his first step on the moon I wasn't born yet but what he has done will always be legendary. Full honor of him.. Cheers !

Your husband's really lucky to have heard Armstrong talk. He wasn't much into making public appearances, being notoriously a very private man. I never met him myself, but I would have loved to. One of my earliest memories is watching Apollo 11 when I was a kid, and my interest in space travel has remained with me ever since.

Hi friend, yes, we missed him and don't have the ability to see him, but we heard about his achievement.
