Frustrated with how they rebond my hair

I paid much for these and it turned out bad. I wasn't really satisfied with the service. They even gave me a referral card where I can have additional point if I get to have referrals.Oh well, given enough points, I still wouldn't refer anyone. I don't want them to get dismayed the way I did.

They blamed it with my hair actually. They say it's because I had a hair that is already damaged. Isn't it my purpose to come and ask for their help so that they could at least try to treat my hair?

oh that is why i only go to trusted salons.. well if you did not like result then do not refer anyone..

It's very rare for me to be satisfied with the service I get in salons even the expensive ones. I guess I have not been going to the good ones yet but for those who I visited, it's rare for me to be happy. I cut my own hair now because they keep on chopping my hair off when I clearly stated that I only want a trim.

If you're not satisfied with the results then you shouldn' t go back there or refer other people! I' ve tried many salons and I just like one which is near my house and I know that lady that owns it since I was a child. I like it because she has a family business and her daughters work in tha salon, so after all those years they know what makes me happy! I have also tried other hair salons and maybe I am satisfied a couple of times, but then they do something that I don't like or they charge me more, I think they believe that after the second time they can become more expensive because I sjow that I m satisfied! Anyway, when you find the person and hair salon that you can trust, you will know it. For know, I think you should look for a new one. Good luck :-)

It sucks when you pay for good service and you get bad. If I were you I'd try to fix it myself... or... if you felt ambitious find a different place to go.
