How do you feel about your health?

Only with healthy body, can we go ahead and make money, also to achieve lifetime goals. This is really an important factor,while, keeping healthy diet and also exercise, do you still go regular health search every year? Have a nice day, friends.

Thanks to our health insurance at the office, because we have our annual physical check-up.
Just a month ago, we had our APE, and from an abdominal ultrasound, it was seen that i have some small stones in my kidney. Thus, i was given a medication to dissolve them.
After 3 months, i shall have them checked again if they are gone already.
Discovering such small stones, make me now drink lots of water always.

Oh is that so jricky? Then, i will also try meditation, so i would remain young. 
Annual physical check-up is good for us and i'm sure that with regular exercise can also help. lol, i read a news recently that medidation for a while helps people to remain young. lol, maybe i'll have a try.

I had a check-up for my 35th birthday. I did it because I know it is a dangerous period for men (35-40). I don't eat junk , so I am in a very good shape. I have some issues, but I am OK.

yeah,agree with you,healthy body is very improtant for every one.If you have dream ,you want achive the sucessfull all depends on you have a healty body,as a chinese saying:the body is the capital of revolution.But these day i always sleep later,i will chage this .
