For how many purposes do you use cell phones?

I used only for two purpose one is sending the sms and another is receiving the call and calling the call. No use for hearing song or watching movie or taking snaps etc.

I went through few different positions at my work in past few years... Up until about 2 years ago, I traveled a lot & I was constantly on the road... I used to carry blackberry for emails... Now I'm not traveling as much, I have a simple side phone... I don't listen to music or watch videos on my phone... I only use my phone for simple things like calling & txt messages...

Hello I am using my mobile for lots of purposes.. The most common use from my phone is doing Internet.. Yes i am doing more internet using my mobile than calling function. So Internet are calling is most common use. Other uses includes playing games, hearing music, operating apps, videos and movies, using it as torch... He he.. surely it is quite useful.

In my case i use cell phone primarily for making & receiving call and sometime i use it for accessing internet. I don’t like to play game on cell phone but yes whenever i have time i listen music. I here agree with you today's cell phones have not been remained just a phone of making and receiving calls.They have become able to run personal as well as professional life and day by day they are going to be smarter & smarter.Besides in-built features, the smartphones applications make them more appealing among people. Ultimately they are not just a hobby or fashion but they have become necessity.

Well,my cellphone is not hi-tech at all!The best technology perks my phone has is a camera that allows you to take photos and film.Other than that,nothing. I use my phone only for talking and messaging.And it serves me very good.I don't think I'll buy another phone.

I use my cellphone for 5 major reasons, to text, call, chat, play games and surf. It freaks me out every time I forget it at home.

I do not hardly use my mobile phone anymore, but when I did use it, it was when I was waiting around to get picked up, I use it for looking on the internet and playing games on, also to chat to friends. Now I hardly use my mobile, as I am at home all the time on my pc.

Hello Pankaj, I use my cell phone just to interact with my friends and family. I don't do net surfing or text from my cell phone. Sometime I use it for listening songs. I daily use as an alarm clock to wake up in the morning.

My favorite feature on the cell phone currently is the gps. On a recent visit to Florida the gps was my tour guide. GPS guided me to the hotel, flamingo garden and restaurants. Highly advice this device when traveling. I enjoy the video feature on my smartphone which enables me to capture video with the quality of a digital camera.

I use my phone for calling and browsing some times. I never use to text it as I am no good at using its keys for this purpose also I have not much interest in music or taking photos therefore my my main purpose is to call by a phone, nothing else.

hi, i am using my cell phone only for receiving calls and making calls. But my son uses internet for chatting on internet, listening music and playing games. h eis doing job so he can use his mobile phone for internet only at the night. He has costly phone.

Hi pankajjahagirdar. In today's world using the mobile phone only for the is of communication is not so great. Smartphones, these days, became a type of computers that can perform many of the works. I use my phone to check emails, social networking, ofcourse communication, GPS, music etc., Mostly I use my phone to take photos When I hang out with friends.

I have great apps on my iphone that i use to get giftcards or money to use online either on amazon or in my paypal account. I love my phone for that reason because im trying to get enough giftcards and money to use on christmas presents this year. I am waiting till the end of october and i will cash out on everything and hope to have enough money to buy some good stuff online and in the stores as well. I hope alot of people are doing this because it is so worth it.

I use my cellphone to do a lot of things, it has a lot of apps that is very useful, I can work, play and study with it, some times it even do calls. thanks.

Like what the other mentioned above, mobile phones has alot of purpose and to tell you honestly, high end phones already serves like a mini computer, from full entertainment to computation and even as an ebook reader. It just depends on every mobile phones of its use.
