Dear fellow Mylotters, I would be highly grateful if anyone could add or comments on the following pitfalls to avoid when seriously launching a successful weight loss program. According to my personal experience, observations of friends and research, these are the key pitfalls. Namely our exposure to people, places or habitations, situations or circumstances or even stress or pressure. I am sure that there are other pitfalls, hence you assistance is most welcomed. Thanks a million! Love:Bro. Joe. God Bless You All. OK?

I agree with you. I also need some days with no social life as I tend to eat more while having fun with friends. I am not buying some sorts of food I am addicted to and do not help me with my goals, namely mayo, butter and chocolate. I`, buying a no fat milk even if the other is yummier and less expensive. The doctor told me to walk at least 10 blocks a day to begin with.
