What are the natural food source of vitamin C?

I recently noticed that cold and flu are very common these days. My friend advised me that taking vitamin C like those we bought at the pharmacy could help strengthen my immune system thus could prevent the aforesaid illness. I agree with him but I prefer to get it the natural way.

i love kiwi! but it's quite expensive. sigh. papayas are cheap so i eat them often. cherry are only available here coming in a can or jar. so not healthy! it's sweet.

Thanks for the information...among the fruits and vegetables you mentioned it's good to know that my favorites like papayas, water melon and orange are among those that carry much Vitamin C.

hi. i pop vitamin c everyday. normally 2 tablets but i also eat fruits like oranges and drink lemon juice as often as i can.
i read somewhere that a glass of green tea has more vitamin c than an orange. i love drinking tea. how about you?

I didn't know that green tea has more vitamin c than oranges... but it's good to know. At least I can some money because oranges are more expensive.

of course the natural food source of Vitamin C are those fruits who have a sour taste such as mango,orange and grapes,and even in vegetables we can see some natural vitamin c,its more good to have Vitamin C in natural way by eating of this fruits and foods.

Good source of vitamin C are red berries,kiwi,red and green bell
peppers,tomatoes,cauliflower and papayas.You can get also orange
and lemon.
