My mother usually goes home with bananas. She would eventually advised us to eat after every meal but when I saw her eating during meal time not as a dessert but as an integral part of the meal, I had learn to love it and do it as well.
Now, my meal is incomplete without bananas.
I so love it. How about you?

Even bananas are my favorite. I eat them everyday. Poovan Banana is my favorite, mostly found in South India. Here they are sold for Rs.40/- per kg. I will be eating 5 to 6 of them at a time, since they are small in size.

No I don't like bananas very much. I enjoy different fruits which are citrus in flavors more than bananas. But I do like bananas for breakfast in cereal or on a peanut butter toast. I don't like them very often however.

Hello there. When I was younger, my mother usually bought some bananas for our whole family to share too. I think I liked to eat it but I have it as my dessert. When my dad was still alive, he liked eating bananas. He really ate it with rice so I told myself, oh, how could he do that? I mean, I couldn't eat bananas with rice because I didn't like it when I tried before. I only wanted to eat it after eating my breakfast, lunch, or dinner, when I already finished eating my rice and other food. It's good you were able to learn how to eat it as a part of your meal. Oh, I already miss eating bananas. I couldn't remember the last time I ate some bananas. Maybe many months passed already. Maybe, the next time I'll eat some bananas, I'll try to eat it with rice. I want to give it another try. Just enjoy eating bananas because they are nutritious. They are good for us. Eat your dinner there. Happy myLotting. :)

Bananas are my favorite fruit. They are great on top of cereal, muffins or a cake. I'm thinking about making a tray of banana bars tonight. I'll see if my family eats all the bananas in our fruit bowl tonight. My husband wanted to make juice tonight with them.

Oh yes! I definitely love bananas as well. When I was young I have seen my dad eat bananas with his meal, too. But what was weird was, he was dipping it in soy sauce! I thought it was really weird and yucky. But I tried it, and loved it eventually! hahaha!

Yes I agree with you! I also love bananas especially the latundan one because it is sweent and sour at the same time. I also eat it as part of my meal especially when my main dish is sauteed mung beans. In fact I made a research about what bananas could do in our bodies. And I learned that it supplies us Potassium for our heart and mucsle, electrolyte balance. It also aids in keeping our digestive tract healthy. And if you are suffering from Ulcer, experiencing heartburn everytime, bananas help in neutralizing the acids in our stomach, easing the sensation of vomiting. So it is also advisable for pregnant women who are sufferng from morning sickness. That is why I always eat bananas!
