How can I delete my old paypal account?

Hello dear friends! How can I delete my old, unused paypal account or at least ban it, to use my old email-adress as a secondary email for my new, "in use" paypal account? Is it possible at all? Please answer me because it is really important! Thanks! Have a nice day!

Oh sad to know that... you better contact the paypal and explain to them the real situation, they will help you and they will block who is the hacker.
