He was a contemporary Hero ! A good husband, good father, good friend, good boss, and a good friend ! Maybe he could be a role model for men out there ! Teach them, that men can be man, being good, honest, dedicated , loving, and family oriented.

Well said, Steve was a champion,a down to earth bloke with a heart as big as a elephant and more. His passion was animals and his family and the country he lived in.. Ive been to his zoo in qld and unfortunatley didnt get to meet him, but still enjoyed myself and the efforts he has put into his zoo..I love his show and his laid back style of showing some of the worlds most dangerous animals when they are so close to him.. He will be sadly missed.
