how do you think about the image i edit

I start my new job days ago, and i have a lot of things to do on my job , even to edit company image .
the following image is what i processed , what do you think about it , hope that someone can give me some useful suggestions and help me to improve

It doesn't really POP to me. If it is an overview of your team then a group picture would be great on top instead of the picture with no people. I assume those are candid shots and just look kinda blah. Maybe some "staged candid" shots would help. Just my personal thoughts, take them with a grain of salt.
